I love being able to look back on my pregnancy bullet journal and see a week by week snapshot.
For the first trimester my template remained very similar.
The week number across the top, the size of the baby in the middle, followed by feelings, symptoms and cravings at the bottom of the page.
I wanted to spice it up a little bit for the second trimester, so I switched around the template and added cute drawings. It's so cool to think about how big our babies are inside our bellies.
I used my pregnancy bujo to track upcoming pregnancy appointments such as ultrasounds, blood work and seeing the doctor.
I referred to this weekly tracker at all of the doctors appointments throughout my pregnancy. 'Pregnancy brain' took over and I couldn't remember anything anymore, so this was a good tool for me!
Can you think of anything else you would want to track during your first trimester? I would love to hear your ideas!
Bullet journalling is the perfect thing to do to pass time during pregnancy. It allows you to give your body the rest it needs and chanel all the excitement you have of meeting your little one!
•Bullet Jounral: I got this book from the dollarstore, but my go to books are these. I prefer them because they are coiled, so if you make a big mistake it's easy to rip out and the paper is better quality so the ink doesn't leak through as much!
(If you track your pregnancy with a Bujo send in a photo on Instagram @PrairieMamasBlog, I would love to see!)
